This is a review for Chelsea at Coldwell Banker West. But I must begin by stating that the best real estate agent I ever knew was Suzanne Brunssen. She went the extra mile for her clients. That was her motto. I grew up watching her service the “salt of the earth” - hard working people in the The Great Lone Star State of Texas. I grew up with a mom that worked tirelessly to find the perfect and best home for first time buyers. She loved her work. I share this so you know that I knew the best there was. Chelsea comes into this profession and performs at a close second to Suzanne. Chelsea loves what she does. She gets excited to find you the home you are looking for and she makes that feeling contagious. The picture of your perfect home is not easy to communicate to an agent. Chelsea listens, she understands, she excels at seeing the full picture of what you are looking for and she likes to talk too. She is a great communicator. She has ideas and she knows the land. She is a native San Diegan and she understands the scope of the frontier like a scout. She is patient and will not make you feel pressured to take action. But she knows when it is go-time. She has real-time knowledge of the market. She is a home owner, family girl, investor, and has a stake in the game of life and success. She is an excellent negotiator and she rolled up her sleeves and went to bat for us in our first home purchase. She was accessible all the times when needed and available to talk and hear your thoughts and concerns. Because when you buy your first home, you better be ready to have a lot of those and ready to discuss. It is a journey and you need a guide. In a market that is challenging to find a home to purchase for the first time, you need to have the best agent in your pocket. Look no further than Coldwell Banker’s best in the west. We tried some others. Don’t waste your time with agents that send you links to properties you already saw the night before on those websites with Red and Z in their titles. That was so annoying. Not with this agent. Chelsea will show you highlights and some key information on properties that are not out yet, but coming soon. It is hard to put into words, but it is refreshing to work with an agent that can help you imagine the potential and see properties in a different perspective. Kind of like using an AI platform, she just works and will save you time and money. You need to experience it. I am not sure if she bakes cookies or bread the way my mom used to in her open houses back in the 90s. But she does work for the same company that my mom did, Coldwell Banker. We are so happy with our new home. Chelsea even applied for a grant for teachers who are first home buyers and we got it! She will go the extra mile without a doubt. So go buy a house with Chelsea Siefert. You will be so happy you did. I know we are.

In our mid 70’s, it was time to downsize our large two story coastal home to something more manageable. Chelsea helped prepare and stage our home so it looked like it was ready for a magazine shoot. She negotiated a great price and kept escrow moving along. At the same time she found us a small bungalow near the beach, but there were multiple offers and a bidding war due to the premium lot. It looked dire at times, but she was able to push our offer to the forefront and we got the dream place! We’re thrilled with our outcomes and Chelsea is amazing!

Chelsea is an amazing agent. We spent almost half a year searching for a house that checked all of our boxes and Chelsea was right there with us the whole time.
