CHELSEA SIEFERT

My daughter and I did a thing yesterday! When I first learned I was having a daughter, I knew I wanted to wait to get her ears pierced until she was old enough to decide on her own. And then I would get a new piercing with her. My dream came true yesterday💕. We went to Apogee in OB. Highly recommend Julie! There were definitely some tears and cries between ear 1 and ear 2. Julie was so kind and patient and funny. I’m so proud of my girl!

August was good to me! 🍂 Top producer once again for the Beaches Offices, and I’m so grateful. Working with family and friends and helping them into new life stages is the best part of this job. Officially saying goodbye to a wonderful (and hot 🥵) San Diego Summer. Who’s ready to Fall in love with your dream home this Fall? 😉 #HomesWithChels #TopProducer #SanDiegoRealtor #OceanBeach #PointLoma

Let’s talk condos 🏘️👀 Condos are getting a bit of a bad rap right now, but honestly, I think that creates an interesting opportunity for buyers. They’re sitting on the market longer, some prices have softened, HOA dues and special assessments are a bigger concern, and financing can be trickier in certain complexes. But for the right buyer, there may also be some room to negotiate and get into an area that might otherwise feel completely out of reach. So I pulled three current coastal San Diego examples at three very different price points: 🏡 Ocean Beach studio | $329K 4477 Mentone St #105 Listed by Catrina Russell, DRE #01229742, Coldwell Banker West 🌴 Point Loma 3 bed + yard | $799K 3101 Groton Way #2 Listed by Lee Caudill, DRE #00898992, Coldwell Banker West 🌊 Ocean Beach freestanding condo | $1.395M 4563 Narragansett Ave Listed by Catrina Russell, DRE #01229742, Coldwell Banker West I also ran some very basic numbers to show what the monthly housing cost and potential equity could look like under the assumptions shown in the slides. These are illustrative only, not guarantees, and every buyer’s numbers will look different. The point isn’t that everyone should go buy a condo. In fact, I’d still choose a single family home over a condo in many situations if the budget and location made sense. But if buying a single family home near the coast (or another desirable area of San Diego) feels out of reach, I think condos are worth a second look right now. List price might not be final price ✨ If you’re curious what the numbers could look like for you, let’s run them. DM me “CONDO” or text/call me to set up a call, and we’ll take a look. 🏠

🔑JUST SOLD🔑 1987 Chalcedony I am so thrilled for my clients. Genuinely some of the nicest, most laid-back people I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and I’m so appreciative I got to help them find their perfect home. This one came down to timing and building solid relationships. My buyers weren’t the first offer accepted on this competitive listing, but when the original buyers fell through, we were the first call. I picked up the call literally as we were landing for a family trip to Hawaii, and I’m so glad I did. One missed call could have been a missed opportunity and this house would’ve gone to the next buyers in line. Huge thank you to the listing agent for trusting us to make it happen, and to my buyers for staying ready when it counted. This home checked every box for them: close to family, walking distance to top-rated schools, and just minutes from some of San Diego’s best beaches and bays. 🌊 So happy for my clients and their next chapter. Congratulations! 🎉🏡 #JustSold #SanDiegoRealEstate #homeswithchelss #coldwellbankerwest
